• Create and edit captivating short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) showcasing ExploreBees products, services, and travel experiences.
• Ensure all video content aligns with ExploreBees' brand identity, voice, and values.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral content, and SEO best practices for video platforms.
• Optimize videos with strong SEO techniques (titles, tags, descriptions, captions) to increase visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
• Track and analyze video performance, using data-driven insights to refine and optimize content strategies.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community growth.

• 1-2 years in social media content creation (preferred), but fresh talents with strong creativity and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in video creation and editing, with a strong portfolio of work on social media platforms.
• In-depth understanding of SEO for video content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and how to make videos discoverable.
