Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. The role requires you to work alongside the Business, Product and Engineering team to create features and product enhancements that are easy to use and solve complex design issues.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Graphic design experience working mainly on Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and prototyping tools such as Marvel, InVision, etc.
  • Adobe XD is an important tool for prototyping on mobile/tablet screens.
  • Should have knowledge of UI design across desktop/mobile/responsive websites.
  • Design a simple, clean, and attractive UI/front-end for web application.
  • Working in close collaboration with Design, Executive teams to see projects from concept through implementation and beyond.
  • Constantly champion for the user, in every aspect of your work. People over pixels.
  • Self-growth and educating other members of the team. Everyone has something to learn and something to share.
  • Present your work to teammates and stakeholders to get buy-in on your ideas.

Education + Experience

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Portfolio of design projects.
  • Strong background and constantly up-to-speed on current UX / UI principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication (visual and verbal) and multi-functional teamwork skills.
  • Confidence working on complex web applications with consumer-focused product UX / UI.
  • Thinks both tactically and strategically, and has high levels of self-direction, innovation, and imagination.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Design from a Tier-1 Institute
